These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website www.vasco.hr and the purchase of products through the online store operated by Vasco, a craft business for production, trade, and services (hereinafter: the “Seller”).
The Buyer is any natural or legal person who orders at least one product through the website (hereinafter: the “Buyer”).

By using the website and confirming an order, the Buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. The updated version is always available on the website.

3. Product Offer

The Seller offers physical and digital products described and displayed on the website.
Product photos and descriptions are for informational purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product, which does not affect its functionality or quality.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT. The business operates outside the VAT system.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are displayed during checkout.

In case of an obvious pricing error (e.g., technical issue), the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Ordering

The Buyer orders products via the website by adding them to the cart and confirming the order through the checkout process.
Orders can only be placed by accepting these General Terms and confirming the accuracy of the provided data.

After a successful order submission, the Buyer receives an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail.

6. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are described in the Payment and Delivery Policy.
Currently supported methods:

• Woopay – secure card payment system
• PayPal
• Payment by invoice (upon agreement)

The Seller does not store card or PayPal account information.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms and timeframes are detailed in the Payment and Delivery Policy.
Delivery is available within Croatia and the European Union via reliable courier services.
Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation.

8. Returns and Complaints

The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Note: The right to return does not apply to goods made to order, according to the Buyer’s specifications, or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-made products, special materials, colors, or personalized details).
Such products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Digital products are non-returnable after download, except in cases of technical issues preventing access to the product.

9. Personal Data Protection

The protection of Buyers’ personal data is regulated in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Data is processed solely for the purposes of order processing, invoicing, and communication with the Buyer, in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for any difficulties in the operation of the website caused by technical problems, system maintenance, or external circumstances (e.g., internet outages, third-party service errors).

The Seller does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products. In case an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Buyer will be informed and a refund will be issued.

11. Copyright

All content published on www.vasco.hr (texts, photos, graphics, logos, design, digital products, and other materials) is the property of the Seller or used with the author’s permission.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the content without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Seller and Buyer will attempt to resolve it amicably.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court is the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb.

The Buyer, as a consumer, has the right to file a complaint with the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts or the Consumer Protection Agency.

13. Amendments to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms at any time.
