Unique t-shirts that combine design, identity and sustainable production<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In search of a product that can be produced in larger quantities, but still retains its authenticity and recognizability, I developed a special sampling approach<\/strong> which connects national symbols of Croatia<\/strong> with with a modern visual expression<\/strong>. The result is a line AOP t-shirt (all-over print)<\/strong> which portray Croatia through colors, tones and experiences \u2014 as a contemporary symbol of a country known for its diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than a chessboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At first glance, the patterns may resemble pixelated images, but it's about carefully selected color tones<\/strong> which create abstract entities<\/strong>. Every observer can see something different in them \u2014 the sea, mountains, cities, or travel memories.
Although abstract, square compositions<\/strong> intentionally associated with experience of Croatia<\/strong>, its energy and richness of colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of squares is inspired by Croatian pop-cultural folklore<\/strong>, mostly sports jerseys with a recognizable checkered pattern. For this reason, these shirts are designed as perfect tourist souvenir<\/strong> \u2014 wearable, modern and emotionally recognizable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainable and local production<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From the beginning I wanted the t-shirts to be made responsibly<\/strong>. I have set three basic requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. 100% cotton material<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. environmentally friendly production<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. made in Croatia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    She met all three conditions. Vara\u017edin company Grafko-Caspar doo.<\/a><\/strong>, which uses water-based dyes<\/strong> and prints on cotton textiles with OEKO-TEX certificate<\/strong>. This ensures high quality, but also responsibility towards the environment and the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Modern symbol of Croatia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    These AOP T-shirts<\/strong> are recognizable by patterns that cover the entire surface<\/strong>. The squares are graded in brightness and create a rhythm that is reminiscent of a checkerboard, but is a completely new experience \u2014 contemporary, abstract and personal<\/strong>.
    Each shirt brings a modern interpretation of Croatian identity<\/strong>, without losing the recognisability of the symbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The first collection includes six sets of colors<\/strong>, and each subsequent season will bring new color variations \u2014 a new "image of Croatia" seen through the personal perception and emotion of the wearer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fashion item and souvenir in one<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    These shirts are not just original souvenir<\/strong>, but also versatile fashion piece<\/strong>. Due to the richness of tones and gradations, they are easily combined with different clothing styles and create harmonious fashion ensembles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    They gain special dynamics in in changing light conditions<\/strong> \u2014 for example on music festivals and nightclubs<\/strong>. As the light changes, the colors on the shirt constantly transform. The shirt becomes living canvas<\/strong>, reflects the environment and turns color into an experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
