General Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website <a href=\"https:\/\/vasco.hr\/en\/\">www.vasco.hr<\/a> and the purchase of products through the online store operated by Vasco, a craft business for production, trade, and services (hereinafter: the &quot;Seller&quot;).<br>The Buyer is any natural or legal person who orders at least one product through the website (hereinafter: the &quot;Buyer&quot;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the website and confirming an order, the Buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.<br>The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. Product Offer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller offers physical and digital products described and displayed on the website.<br>Product photos and descriptions are for informational purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product, which does not affect its functionality or quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and product availability without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Prices and Currency<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT. Ordering<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Buyer orders products via the website by adding them to the cart and confirming the order through the checkout process.<br>Orders can only be placed by accepting these General Terms and confirming the accuracy of the provided data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a successful order submission, the Buyer receives an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery terms and timeframes are detailed in the <em>Payment and Delivery Policy<\/em>.<br>Delivery is available within Croatia and the European Union via reliable courier services.<br>Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Returns and Complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Buyer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<br>The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.<br>Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong> The right to return does not apply to goods made to order, according to the Buyer&#039;s specifications, or clearly personalized (eg, custom-made products, special materials, colors, or personalized details).<br>Such products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital products are non-returnable after download, except in cases of technical issues preventing access to the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For complaints and returns, please contact us via e-mail: <strong><a>info@vasco.hr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The protection of Buyers&#039; personal data is regulated in the <em>Privacy Policy<\/em>, which forms an integral part of these Terms.<br>Data is processed solely for the purposes of order processing, invoicing, and communication with the Buyer, in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller is not liable for any difficulties in the operation of the website caused by technical problems, system maintenance, or external circumstances (eg, internet outages, third-party service errors).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products. In case an ordered product becomes unavailable, the Buyer will be informed and a refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
