General<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website. <a href=\"https:\/\/vasco.hr\/en\/\">www.vasco.hr<\/a> and purchase products through the online store managed by <em>Vasco, craft for production, trade and services<\/em> (hereinafter referred to as: &quot;Seller&quot;).<br>A customer is any natural or legal person who orders at least one product via the website (hereinafter referred to as the &quot;Customer&quot;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the website and confirming the order, the Buyer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.<br>The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice, and the updated version is always available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Product offering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller offers physical and digital products described and displayed on the Website.<br>Product photos and descriptions are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product, which does not affect their functionality or quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller reserves the right to change prices, descriptions and product availability without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices and currencies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are expressed in <strong>euros (EUR)<\/strong> and do not include VAT. Trade is outside the VAT system. <br>The shipping cost is not included in the product price and is displayed when completing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of an obvious error in the price (e.g. technical error), the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Ordering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer orders the products through the website by adding them to the cart and confirming the order through the checkout process.<br>Ordering is only possible with acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and confirmation of the accuracy of the entered data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After successful order submission, the Customer receives an order confirmation and an invoice via e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payment methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Accepted payment methods are described in the document <strong>Payment and delivery policy<\/strong>.<br>We currently support:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Woopay<\/strong> \u2013 card payment via a secure system,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayPal<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment by offer<\/strong> (according to agreement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller does not store card or PayPal account information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery terms and conditions are described in detail in the document <strong>Payment and delivery policy<\/strong>.<br>Delivery is made in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union via reliable courier services.<br>Digital products are delivered electronically immediately upon confirmation of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Returns and complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer has the right to return the product within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the shipment, without giving reasons, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.<br>The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.<br>The cost of return is borne by the Buyer, unless the product is damaged, defective or wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Remark:<\/strong> Right to refund <strong>does not apply<\/strong> on goods that are <strong>made to order, according to the Customer&#039;s specification<\/strong> or which is clearly personalized (e.g. custom-made products, with special materials, colors or personalized details).<br>Such products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital products are not subject to return after download, except in the case of a technical error that prevents access to the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For complaints and returns, please contact us via e-mail: <a><a>info@vasco.hr<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Protection of personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The protection of Customers&#039; personal data is regulated in the document <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which is an integral part of these Terms.<br>Data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing orders, issuing invoices and communicating with the Customer, in accordance with the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller is not responsible for any difficulties in the functioning of the website caused by technical problems, system maintenance or external circumstances (e.g. interruption of the Internet connection, errors in the operation of third-party services).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller does not guarantee that all products will always be available. In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the Buyer will be notified and the paid funds will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Copyright<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All content published on the website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vasco.hr\/en\/\">www.vasco.hr<\/a><\/strong> (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, design, digital products and other materials) are the property of the Seller or are used with the permission of the author.<br>Any unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use of the content without the written permission of the owner is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Dispute resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a dispute, the Seller and the Buyer will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.<br>If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the competent <strong>Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer, as a consumer, has the right to file a complaint <strong>Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts and Trades<\/strong> or <strong>Consumer Protection Agency<\/strong>.<br>The European Commission&#039;s online dispute resolution platform is available at:<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a>https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
