Payment methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers on the website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vasco.hr\/en\/\">www.vasco.hr<\/a><\/strong> can choose between the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">and) <strong>Online card payment (Woopay)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment by credit and debit cards is made through a secure system. <strong>Woopay<\/strong>, which uses SSL encryption and meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS).<br>Card information is not stored on our servers nor is it available to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) <strong>PayPal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can make payments via <strong>PayPal<\/strong> account. The system automatically redirects the user to a secure PayPal page where the transaction is completed.<br>Your PayPal account information is not processed or stored on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vasco.hr\/en\/\">www.vasco.hr<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">c) <strong>Payment by offer (optional)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If agreed individually via e-mail, payment according to the offer can be made to the trade&#039;s bank account.<br>Account information and amount are delivered by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All payment systems integrated on our website use <strong>SSL certificate<\/strong> which guarantees secure data transmission.<br>Page owner <strong>does not collect<\/strong> and <strong>does not store<\/strong> card information.<br>In case of failed payment, we recommend contacting your bank or PayPal support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Product delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">and) <strong>Delivery of physical products<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical products are delivered in the area <strong>Republic of Croatia<\/strong> and <strong>European Union countries<\/strong> via reliable courier services (HP, GLS, DPD or similar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery time in Croatia:<\/strong> 2\u20135 business days from order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery time for EU:<\/strong> 5\u201310 business days (depending on recipient country)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping price:<\/strong> It is displayed when completing the order and may depend on weight and destination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Free shipping:<\/strong> is available for orders above the amount specified on the website (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt of the shipment and immediately report any damage to the delivery person or to <a>vasco.gram@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b) <strong>Digital products<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital products (eg samples, files, guides, e-books, etc.) are delivered <strong>electronically<\/strong>, most often via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>automatic download link after payment confirmation, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>email sent to the customer&#039;s address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery of digital products is <strong>current<\/strong> after successful payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Failed delivery and return of shipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other reasons beyond our control, the shipment will be returned to the sender.<br>In that case, the buyer may request <strong>resending at additional shipping cost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
