In collaboration with the Radiona association, I held a swelling printing workshop on February 26th and 27th, 2025. This is a technique that allows for the creation of embossed, textured prints.
During the workshop, participants experimented with different printing methods, including stenciling, freehand or screen printing, and direct application to t-shirts, hoodies, and canvas bags. We explored how heat activates the puffing effect, transforming flat prints into dynamic, three-dimensional designs.
All materials were provided, and everyone took home their own custom-printed t-shirts and/or canvas bags. It was a great hands-on experience that encouraged creativity and introduced participants to the exciting technique of textile printing.
