1. Payment methods
Customers on the website www.vasco.hr can choose between the following payment methods:
and) Online card payment (Woopay)
Payment by credit and debit cards is made through a secure system. Woopay, which uses SSL encryption and meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS).
Card information is not stored on our servers nor is it available to us.
b) PayPal
Customers can make payments via PayPal account. The system automatically redirects the user to a secure PayPal page where the transaction is completed.
Your PayPal account information is not processed or stored on www.vasco.hr.
c) Payment by offer (optional)
If agreed individually via e-mail, payment according to the offer can be made to the trade's bank account.
Account information and amount are delivered by email.
2. Payment security
All payment systems integrated on our website use SSL certificate which guarantees secure data transmission.
Page owner does not collect and does not store card information.
In case of failed payment, we recommend contacting your bank or PayPal support.
3. Product delivery
and) Delivery of physical products
Physical products are delivered in the area Republic of Croatia and European Union countries via reliable courier services (HP, GLS, DPD or similar).
- Delivery time in Croatia: 2–5 business days from order confirmation
- Delivery time for EU: 5–10 business days (depending on recipient country)
- Shipping price: It is displayed when completing the order and may depend on weight and destination.
- Free shipping: is available for orders above the amount specified on the website (if applicable).
The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt of the shipment and immediately report any damage to the delivery person or to vasco.gram@gmail.com.
b) Digital products
Digital products (eg samples, files, guides, e-books, etc.) are delivered electronically, most often via:
- automatic download link after payment confirmation, or
- email sent to the customer's address.
Delivery of digital products is current after successful payment.
4. Failed delivery and return of shipment
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other reasons beyond our control, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
In that case, the buyer may request resending at additional shipping cost.
5. Returns and complaints
Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days from receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22).
The product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital products are not subject to return once downloaded or opened, except in the case of technical difficulties that cannot be resolved.
6. Limitation of liability
The website owner cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors (delivery strike, customs procedures, weather conditions, etc.) or for incorrectly entered data by the customer.
