WiFi pattern – a visual exploration of digital connectivity
This sample design project using WiFi symbols is a visual exploration of our increasingly networked digital world. Starting from the recognizable WiFi sign, the design creates a grid structure that symbolizes a vast global network of individuals constantly connected via the internet.
Each WiFi symbol in this pattern represents real person – a unique individual who is part of the global digital community. Repeating and overlapping symbols emphasizes the collective nature of online experiences, pointing to the countless interactions and relationships that take place every day in virtual spaces.
By abstracting the WiFi symbol and placing it in a structured grid, the design encourages the viewer to think about hidden complexities behind a simple icon. Behind every sign lies a rich spectrum. human emotions, ideas and experiences which are shared and exchanged in the digital world.
This project is not only an aesthetic research, but also visual commentary on the modern way of connecting – about how technology unites us, but also how in this connection everyone retains their own identity.
